2. Refunds & Returns Policy

2.1 Return Conditions

Incorrectly sized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom printed items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
Items showing wear, damage, or stains are not eligible.

2.2 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds must be requested and returned within 30 days.
Exchanges/store credit must be requested and returned within 30 days.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not reimburse return postage.

2.4 Return Process

Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number by emailing hello@ourmerch.au with:
- Invoice/receipt number.
- Purchase date.
- Items to be returned.
- Reason for return.
Clearly mark the RMA number on your return package.

2.5 Washing Instructions for Printed Garments

Wash inside-out in cold water.
Do not bleach.
Air dry; avoid tumble drying.
Do not iron directly over prints.
Pre-treatment marks will wash out after 1–2 washes.
