What type of printing does Our Merch offer?
At Our Merch, we use some of the most advanced printing methods in the industry, including direct to film printing.
Based on the quantity, colour choices, and artwork, we’ll select the printing method that delivers the highest quality results for your order. Printing size may vary between youth and adult garments, but we always aim to keep the look and feel consistent.

What is Our Merch?
Our Merch is your all-in-one platform to design, sell, and distribute custom t-shirts, hoodies, and other merchandise — perfect for fundraising, events, clubs, teams, or personal projects.
You can set up your campaign with no upfront costs, no stock to hold, and no risk. Simply create your design, set your price, share your store, and keep the profit.

Is there a minimum order for a fundraising project?
No minimums at all! Whether you sell 1 or 100, we can print it.
This gives your members, supporters, and fans more freedom to choose what they want, without you having to commit to bulk orders.


How much profit will our club or group make?
Your profit is completely up to you!
We calculate a base price for each product (based on the garment type, size, and number of print locations). From there, you set your own selling price. You keep 100% of the difference between the base price and your selling price — no hidden fees, no surcharges.

How much does it cost to start a fundraising project?
Starting a fundraising project with Our Merch is completely free.
There are no setup costs and no financial risks.
If you want to boost sales, you can choose to invest in advertising (such as Facebook or Instagram ads), but that’s entirely optional and the budget is up to you.
How long can a fundraising project run?
Your project can run for as long as you like.
If there are no orders for 3 weeks, we may pause the project, but we’ll always contact the project coordinator before making any changes.
How do I start a fundraising project?
It’s easy! Just click the Start a Project link on our website to begin.
Currently, Our Merch is available for project creators within Australia only.
Can I run a fundraising project if I’m outside of Australia?
To create and manage a project, you need to be based in Australia.
However, anyone in the world can purchase from your project.
International shipping rates will apply — contact us for more details.
