Whether you’re ordering for yourself, your group, or starting a fundraiser, Our Merch handles the hard work — so you can focus on the fun. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Pick Your Product
- No minimum order for most products (minimums may apply to some specialty items).
- Talk to our team and choose from a range of quality products — T-shirts, hoodies, caps, badges, mugs, tote bags, and more.
- Select your preferred colour and size range.
Step 2: Create Your Design
- Already have artwork? Email it directly when you talk to our team (PNG, JPG, AI, PSD, or PDF).
- Need help designing? Our in-house design team can create something for you, or adjust your existing design for print.
- We’ll check your file for print readiness — no extra charge.
Step 3: Approve Your Mockup
- We’ll send you a digital proof showing exactly how your merch will look.
- You can request changes before we print — we won’t start until you’re 100% happy.
- OUR MERCH will then set up an online store with your products.
Step 4: You Promote
- Time for you to share your store link and send your supporters to the OUR MERCH website custom store link.
Step 5: We Print Your Supporters Order
- Every order is printed with care to ensure vibrant colours and long-lasting wear.
- We use professional printing methods — digital printing, screen printing, or embroidery — depending on your product and design.
Step 6: Delivered to Your SUPPORTERS Door
- Tracking details provided once dispatched.
- We ship Australia-wide (and internationally on request).
